The staff here was very helpful and accommodating, and I was pleased with the modern double room I got, even if the shower was a bit older.

Updated and spotless units with a kettle, older shower plus privacy dependant on net curtains. Lots of options, healthy food. What a nice and exceptional staff!

One of the advantages - cheap rooms; they included a hair dryer and bath sheets. The entire staff was very-very nice and exceptional. The location was good as for me, really close to East Midlands airport, the tram and quiet area.

It's a nice place with a convenient location near the Victoria pub and close to the train station into the city, making it a great place for a pleasant one-night stay.

Cleanliness, & adaptability. When they found there would only be 1 they willingly changed the room to a single! (for the lower fee)
Could have done with an extra tea bag (in the room). Good food but, could be served with a bit more finesse, otherwise breakfast was warm & friendly. Enjoyed it.

The rooms are nicely updated and have a comfortable bed. The hotel is in a perfect location by Attenborough Nature Reserve and the river. The building is pleasant and comfortable, and the service is attentive.

Very friendly hotel staffs. Good breakfast and free wi-fi. Very close to Beeston Train Station, Beeston Bus Station and Beeston centre where you have all the shops, banks, post office and supermarkets like Sainsbury´s and a 24 hrs Tesco. If you take a Skylink Bus from East Midlands Airport to Beeston which costs £3, there is a bus stop on Queens Road that is just 20 metres away from the hotel.
Room cleaning especially carpet cleaning can be improved. Although the hotel and rooms are a litte bit old, overall, it´s still the best hotel you can find in Beeston.

The hotel was very clean and cosy and comfortable. I felt safe in the hotel. I thought the bedding and bed were extremely comfortable.
The decor was a bit dated, especially the tiles in the bathroom of my room. I didn't like the fact that the shower wasn't electric and therefore difficult to adjust to the right temperature. The radiator in the bathroom wasn't working either so an electric one had to be plugged in, just outside the bathroom.

Had a really nice one-night stay. The location was so convenient, right by the town center with a Co-op nearby that stays open late. They even have a free cash machine inside, which was super handy. Plus, the airport is close by! 🌟

Fine hotel for a good price. Had a shared bathroom, which initially I didn´t looked forward too. Eventually it was good and clean.
Don´t expect a high standard Hilton or Holiday Inn hotel. It´s a typical British Bed & Breakfast type of hotel. Dated rooms, but clean and up to standard (tv+dvd, free wifi...).

Not a luxury hotel, but quite fine if you like an old-style accomodation with common modern facilities (e.g. plenty of hot water, lcd tv, free wireless connection), good food&beverage (full english breakfast, tea facilities in the room) and quiet rooms (especially in the rear building). Friendly helpful staff. Fairly close to railway and bus stations, good connections to the city centre and the University. Good value for money.
